Las Vegas has So.Much.Awesome.Food! But, most of it is pretty expensive. Here is my list of ten bucks and under eating while walking the Strip.
1.Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken in front of Bally’s. Classic, crispy fried chicken with fantastic sauces with plates starting at around $7.75. Just looking for a snack? Grab one of their sides like mac ‘n cheese for $3.75. Stays open ’til 2AM. Click here for a look at their menu.
2. Pizzeria Francesco’s located at Treasure Island. Hand tossed New York -style pizza pies by the slice or whole. Average price for cheese slice is $4 and one-topping $5. Open until midnight during the week and 1am on weekends. Click here for more information.
3. Yard House Lunch Special, The Linq. Yes, I know there are Yard House locations everywhere, but my first time eating at Yard House was in Vegas. I thought the food was great and you feel like you’re in a real restaurant, not a diner. Check out their lunch specials for ten dollars and some change. There are a lot of options for lite bites, snacks and desserts under the ten dollar mark. Click here for the menu. Also, bonus –during happy hour from 3-6pm they have 1/2 off pizzas & select appetizers.
4. Wahlburgers at the back of the Grand Bazaar Shops. I love the TV show and this little joint doesn’t disappoint. Salads, classic burgers and chili are all on the menu for under 10 bucks. During the week, they close at 2AM and on the weekends, 4AM– which makes an awesome alternative to all those middle of the night runs to In-And-Out or White Castle (thank goodness, LOL). And… don’t forget, they have a full service bar! Click here for the menu.
5. Bruxie at MGM’s The Park (3782 S. Las Vegas Blvd.) The Park is located in between New York, New York and Monte Carlo. The chicken and waffle sandwich is unreal and priced at $9.25. But, they also have waffle fries, frozen custards and breakfast sandwiches. Opens at 9AM – 11PM and midnight on the weekends. Click here for the menu.
6. Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar located at the Linq. Happy hour (2 – 6pm on Mon-Thurs) drink specials include $2 selected bottle beer and $5 margaritas. Wings, nachos and street tacos are all $5 bucks. Click here for all the details about this rooftop spot.
Honorable mention— Nathan’s in New York, New York Hotel. There are two locations at the hotel with their world famous hotdogs. Not into dogs? They have chicken, burgers, etc. and fries. Pin Up Pizza at Planet Hollywood has the largest slices on the Strip and the Shake Shack in front of New York is still one of the best fast food places in Las Vegas. Lastly, don’t forget about the food courts in the Venetian and Paris Hotels on the ground floor.
What are your favorite bargain restaurants along the Strip? I would love to hear about it!
Until Next Time,
