MY FAVORITE “EVERYDAY” PHONE APPS

I recently organized my iPhone. I had apps piling up everywhere. I finally put them in their appropriate categories and I feel better every time I look down at my phone! Yay me! Check out my favorite “everyday” apps below that I’m loving. And, be on the lookout for my post on my favorite apps for photo editing.

Marco Polo – is a walkie-talkie style video messaging app. It is not like FaceTime that is conversational and both parties can talk at the same time. It’s like texting but with a visual. It can be used one on one or for a group. And for those of us who have more to say than a text, but don’t want to make that phone call, this is perfect. Click the link to check it out.[line]

Audible – I just can’t imagine that this won’t be on my top list forever. I’ve written about it before. I just love being able to use my commute time, travel time and leisure time enjoying an audible book! Click the link for their trial offer.

LastPass – I included this with my everyday apps because before I had this, I was constantly looking for passwords, resetting passwords and Lord help us if there was an update performed on our phone that wiped out all that information. This catch-all app is a way to keep all those passwords, lists and even audible notes to yourself in one location. I love it! Even though I have all my passwords written down, I don’t always have it with me, so this is perfect.

Google Photos – I’m brand new to this one but I’m obsessed. Thank you google… The struggle is real with photo storage and although I love my iPhone, I can’t get it to work for me. Yikes! Where did that photo stream go anyway? LOL

Snapchat – As most of you know, its a social media platform that allows you to take pics and videos that are only available for a limited time and then disappear!

Waze – Traffic in Houston can be terrible and this is just one way to help maneuver it. It’s real time with real people with traffic alerts. Get your fastest route to your favorite spot in a jiffy.

Overcast – I’m new on the podcast scene and I’m loving it! There are a few of my favorite bloggers that now have podcasts and I’m enjoying tapping into that new resource. There are topics on every subject.

Until Next Time,
