EASY FLATBREAD PIZZA

Whether I am counting my Weight Watcher’s Smart Points or not, I am always looking for easy, fresh low point meals. This is a favorite because you can vary it so much and I normally have most of the ingredients already in my fridge!

Ingredients:

Flatout Artisan Pizza Crust, Oil, Toppings that can include cheese, pepperoni (I get the low fat), tomato and fresh spinach. I put a little salt, pepper and olive oil on the crust. Then layer up with your favorite toppings and slide into the oven. It takes 10 to 15 minutes for a delicious crusty crust! This is so simple and guilt free!
